Delete it in the Game (instant)

1. Open Million Puzzle.
2. On the home screen, tap the Settings (gear) button.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away and the Game closes.

If you no longer have the Game installed, email us from any address and we'll delete your account within 30 days:

Include your display name in the Game (as shown in the world ranking) so we can find your account.

What is deleted

• Your game account (its anonymous ID).
• Your profile: display name, avatar and country.
• Your cloud save: puzzle progress, points, coins, diamonds, power-ups, rewards and settings.
• Your entry in the world ranking.

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Coins, diamonds and passes on the account are lost.

What is kept, and for how long

• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) — not linked to your name; automatically deleted after 90 days.
• Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase) — not linked to your name; automatically deleted after at most 14 months.
• Purchase records — kept by Google Play or the App Store, and by us where the law requires it (for example, tax and accounting records), for the period that law sets.
