MILLION PUZZLE

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. Who We Are

GlowHome Cleaning Corp is the US-registered legal entity (EIN holder) responsible for the Million Puzzle game ("the Game"). LoopWare is the technology division of GlowHome Cleaning Corp, responsible for developing and operating the Game.

When you play the Game — regardless of whether you downloaded it from the Google Play Store (listed as LoopWare) or the Apple App Store (listed as Million Puzzle by LoopWare, developer GlowHome Cleaning Corp) — GlowHome Cleaning Corp is the data controller responsible for your personal information. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean GlowHome Cleaning Corp and its LoopWare division.

This policy explains what information the Game collects, how it is used and the choices you have. If you have any question, write to support@millionpuzzle.app.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect your contacts, precise location, photos, microphone or camera.

3. How We Use It

4. What Other Players Can See

The world ranking shows your display name, avatar, country flag, points and completed sections to other players. Please don't use your real full name or any personal information as your display name. Offensive names are rejected when you type them, and replaced automatically if one gets through.

5. Service Providers

We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Google Firebase (accounts, cloud save, ranking, notifications, crash reports, analytics), RevenueCat (purchase validation) and Google Play and Apple (payments). Google AdMob (ads) also uses the data described above for its own advertising purposes. We do not sell your personal information for money. Showing personalized ads may count as "sharing" under some US state laws; you can opt out in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices (where available) or with your device's advertising settings (for example, deleting or resetting the advertising ID).

Our providers store and process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves your country, it is protected by the providers' safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Keeping and Deleting Your Data

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the Game: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your game account, your cloud save, your push token and your entry in the world ranking. You can also request deletion by writing to support@millionpuzzle.app — see how to delete your account.

Some data is kept for a limited time after that: crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days and usage statistics after at most 14 months; purchase records are kept by Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat, and by us where the law requires it (for example, tax records).

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe, the LGPD in Brazil or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@millionpuzzle.app.

8. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with Google Firebase. Each player's saved data can only be read and written by their own account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be announced in the Game.
