1. Who We Are

GlowHome Cleaning Corp is the US-registered legal entity (EIN holder) responsible for the Million Puzzle game ("the Game"). LoopWare is the technology division of GlowHome Cleaning Corp, responsible for developing and operating the Game. The Game is listed on Google Play as LoopWare and on the Apple App Store as Million Puzzle by LoopWare, developer GlowHome Cleaning Corp. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean GlowHome Cleaning Corp and its LoopWare division.

These terms apply to the Game. By downloading or playing it you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game. The Game is not directed to children under 13. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Your License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game on your devices for your own entertainment. The Game, its artwork, music and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer them, except where the law allows it.

3. Your Account

Your account is created automatically and is tied to the Game on your device (and, if you sign in, to that sign-in). You are responsible for activity on it. You can delete it at any time in Settings → Delete Account.

4. Virtual Items

• Coins, diamonds, power-ups, Lunar Passes and other in-game items ("Virtual Items") are a limited license to use them inside the Game. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Diamonds can only be traded for coins inside the Game (the Exchange), at the rates shown there.
• Purchases are paid through Google Play or the App Store, are subject to their terms and are validated by our service provider RevenueCat. Except where required by law or by those stores' refund policies, purchases are final.
• A Lunar Pass gives unlimited coins for the time shown when you buy it, counted on our servers' clock. Some features have their own limits while it's active — for example, the Super Magnet can be used once and then unlocks again after you complete a section without it.
• Rewards from the prize wheels, chests, daily missions and the Mystery Box are given as described in the Game (wheels and the Mystery Box at random, with the chances set by the Game); they cannot be bought.
• Optional rewarded ads give their extra reward only when the ad is watched to the end. Ads are provided by third parties, and we don't control their content.

5. Fair Play

Please play fair and be respectful. You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, hack or modify the Game, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
• use a display name that is offensive, impersonates someone else or contains personal information (offensive names are blocked or replaced);
• interfere with the Game's servers or other players' experience.

We may reset progress, remove ranking entries or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Changes and Availability

We may update the Game, change or remove features and content, and update these terms. We will try to keep the Game available, but we can't guarantee it will always work without interruptions or errors.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
